We offer a small menu that changes weekly and offers the tried and true islanders favorites as well as some seasonally inspired options using island grown produce and products.

Wood Fired Oven from Frank's Farm
We are pleased to announce a collaboration between Express Cuisine and Frank Gerber, an island culinarian, gardener and avid bread maker. He fires up his wood burning oven to bake bread and other goodies and has agreed to let us take advantage of this wonderful resource. Using Frank’s oven will allow us to roast large cuts of meats, seasonal vegetables and some desserts, giving those products that delicious wood smoked flavor. Look for these new dishes under the “Fired Up” listing on the menu. We will be starting out slowly as we get the hang of the oven and will add more products as we become more versed.
